Clint Pulver is a professional keynote speaker, author, musician, pilot, and workforce expert. Known as the leading authority on employee retention, Clint has transformed how corporations like Keller Williams, AT&T, and Hewlett Packard create lasting loyalty through his work and research as the Undercover Millennial. He has been featured by Business Q Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40,” and, as a professional drummer, he has appeared in feature films and on America’s Got Talent. In 2020, Clint won an Emmy Award for his short film Be a Mr. Jensen, which tells the story of how a single moment in time and one particular mentor— can change the course of a life.

Recognized as a thought leader in the industry, I have been featured as a NADA Show speaker for both 2022 and 2023 and was recognized as an top 30 Automotive All-Star in 2020 by Automotive News. I also serve as a member of several notable industry and community advisory boards.

To best sum up my personality let me share with you a phrase I have shared with my 2 sons, Ron III and Kyle. "We are not in the trying business." That phrase tells you the level of commitment, energy and expectation of achievement that I place on every endeavor in my life. From Century (100 mile) bike rides to learning the game of tennis, to running a small business, the expectation is finishing successfully. I have been blessed the health, energy and a desire to help others as well as myself. I have been given so much, I see it as my responsibility to find ways to put it to use.
