As in years past, to help identify those attending the Trade Fair, we will be providing different colored lanyards depending on an attendee’s work affiliation.

  • Black = Board Members 

  • Red = Vendor

  • Blue = Ford Motor Co. 

  • Green = Dealership

  • Yellow - Family Member

It is vital that we have an accurate headcount to ensure an adequate number of lanyards. Lanyards will be REQUIRED for entrance to all events.

Full Conference and Trade Show Pass Includes:

  • Trade Show Access

  • Full Education (Dealer Meeting, Keynotes, Saturday Roundtables & Trade Show)

  • Welcome Dinner Party

  • $165 Per Person

  • Additional Adult Dinner Pass Only - $135 Per Person (includes Welcome Dinner & Banquet)

  • Additional Child Dinner Pass Only (Children 10 & Under) - $35 Per Person (includes Welcome Dinner & Banquet)

* NOTE : Additional Dinner Passes will not access you to any other function. You will be issued passes that MUST be worn at all functions.*

  • Sessions (Excludes Dealership/OEM-Only Sessions)

  • Networking Breakfasts, Lunches, and Receptions

  • $1220 Vendor Booth Package

  • Each additional person representing your company & attending the Trade Fair only - $50 (NOTE: $50 fee is for those in Trade Show with Vendor)

  • Each additional person attending the Full Conference and Trade Show Pass - $165

    * Sponsorship Opportunities Available and will get you prime placement*

* Electrical service will be available for an additional charge billed directly by the A/V supplier.

Please submit your vendor registration form no later than May 5th, 2025. Payment for all dues and fees should be completed by May 16th, 2025.
